I am very disappointed with 9 South Chargrill. Walked in last night about 6:30 pm and was told it would be about 45 minutes to get food as they were packed. I said no problem and was seated at a table. 4 different waitresses walked by us at least 5 times and saw us sitting there with menus open and not one stopped to at least take our drink order after sitting there for at least 20 minutes This is unacceptable for a restaurant and will not go back or recommend to anyone. I’ve always enjoyed the food, but after last night I won’t be back for a while. After placing a to go order at 6:15 for 7. Didn’t receive my order until 7:22. With no explanation or even eye contact from servers. After getting my food, and topping over 30%. I get back to work (now late) to discover my medium well peanut burger is actually the rare side of medium rare. Again I’ve always enjoyed the food here, but after yesterday. Gonna have to take a big break.
