Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. My first time there and waited over a half an hour they did not even apologize. It takes about a month for an appointment and if you have cavities they only do one quadrant at a time so it will take months to get them filled even if they are small. I asked the receptionist why and she said because the dentist just does not have that much time for a patient. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.
