I have used 802 for over a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Keith and all of his staff are amazing. It’s always easy in and out and they are very accommodating. I have been to other places for my glasses and actually put off getting them for two years because it’s always a hassle. 802 is above and beyond and like no other anywhere in the area. I after so many, did not like having to hunt around for a set of frames I wanted, other places made it difficult and quite frankly were up charging the frames like crazy. One day while in the building I decided to walk in, after about 5 minutes of searching and not seeing the frames, I was about to leave. It’s a good thing I didn’t, once the opticians were not busy, they both immediately directed their attention on me and made my experience the bast it has ever been. 802 Eyecare does a great job! Everyone is professional and nice. Keith even let me try his glasses and I ended up getting those frames. I highly recommend them.
After giving many places many chances, I decided to give 802 Eye Care my business. I wished I made that decision when I started searching for eye care provider a long time ago. My glasses are perfect and never give me a headache. I was treated by very professional, attentive and pleasant staff who paid close attention to my needs and did not made me feel like a number. They have a lot to offer so don’t let their quiet location direct you elsewhere. In fact on that note, parking is a breeze!
Everyone here is very attentive and caring, and I like to see the investments they are making in improving their services, with new diagnostic equipment that minimizes many of the annoying tests of the past and provides far better results. The new ability to cut lenses means rarely having to send your existing frames away. I have a very tough prescription and they do a great job getting it right and getting it as quickly as they can.
Although I have pre-existing eye conditions, I had expectations of bad news. It was a great relief that it wasn't as bad as I thought but even more I was treated with such kindness and concern that I wanted to cry with relief. The service I receive for my overall health is a big deal. When I am treated in this manner it just makes so very happy to go back to be taken care of as I was. Thank you Tiffaney, Keith and Alex. You are all outstanding people and I appreciate you.
