I was billed for a follow up contact lens exam that was needed because the Dr changed the lenses I had been wearing for ten years. The ones she recommended didn’t fit well, so I returned. The Dr said I would not be billed for my follow up visit, yet returning the following year a charge showed up for that visit. I was scheduled for a regular eye exam today. RecommendedI've been using 802 Eye Care for the past few years and the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Every experience has felt welcoming and personal and not just like a business trying to make money. Great selection also. I would, and do, highly a recommend them.
Refused to give me a prescription for contacts after I specifically told them my situation on the phone. I was told it would not be a problem and it clearly was! I wasted a half day to be refused by the doctor.
