RecommendedI have been to 802 numerous times over the last 6 years and would not consider going to any other optical. Prior to that, I used some well-known national chain shops with lots of grief while paying a king's ransom for run-of-the-mill, cheap frames. Apparently, I was charged extra for the grief. No more mall or chain stores for me...They don't deserve my business. Absolutely not was given the wrong prescription by that I mean the lady that wrote it for the dr gave the complete wrong one so I had my glasses made got them a week later tried them for a week trying to adjust now am waiting another week for my actual glasses to arrive when I brought this to the young ladies attention that wrote this down wrong she schrugged her shoulders and barly acknowledged what a completely unprofessional place and person
