The management of this building is exceptional - super helpful and responsive. I love the building itself, too - the gym is great and the pool is perfect and opens earlier than most.

It has been an absolute blessing moving to 600 St Marys Street. Since the day I have moved here the staff including Kelsey and Gifted have been so incredibly helpful and are always there for us residents when we need them. Everybody I have met here has been so welcoming and I am so happy that I picked this location as my residence. I have lived at Saint Mary’s Apartments for almost four years, and unfortunately, the quality of the building and the responsiveness of the staff have become unbearable. I’m sure this is due to being understaffed, as the turnover in front desk/management is insane. Saint Mary’s seems to prioritize profit over resident satisfaction. Rent increases with every renewal, and additional fees (pet fees, package garage, valet trash) were raised without notice.
