I've been here a little over a year. The office ppl are ok. No one answers the phone. Work orders are done when they feel like it. Renovation? Yeah if slapping new paint on everything is Reno then ok. The apartment unit's are infested with roaches!!! They said they spray every couple of months but I've yet to see anyone come to my place even after I request it. Please lease with caution

I've only been here a month so far, but my experience with the Booker began when we were looking for an apartment. We were not in the country at the time, and after getting a lot of runaround and vague information from other properties, we found the Booker. Isamar worked with us every step of the way and made the application process a lot more bearable. A lot of emails going back and forth, but it all worked out. That alone is worth the 5 stars. Same as it has always been. Property is not secure, and management is of no help if you get robbed. Apartments are in the same condition as before, they just added a coat of paint and raised the rent. There are better places to live for the amount they charge here.

I have a friend that lives here who's been having issues with the management team there trying to make her pay over 1000.00 in late fees after she's already paid over 1700.00 including late fees last month and been to court but the management couldn't produce nothing showing her how late fees were calculated instead he just used a calculator it almost seems as if there trying to force her out of her apt by jacking up here late fees to where she can't pay them overall it just seems as if there not working with her but instead... read more
