Asked dealer for a copy of the carfax which was promptly provided.
Just very disappointed that this dealership sold this car right from under me. I had already taken it to Merceds Benz and paid to get it checked out. We were negotiating what they would address from the print out. I didn't hear from them so I called and found out they had sold it to someone else. I wanted to put a deposit on it, but they said it was non-refundable. Very a pleasant to talk to, going to look at car
Quick to respond. You really do not have to negotiate with 777 Auto much because they give you an excellent price up front.
I called and let them know I was coming from NH, I was there to look at one vehicle, the battery was dead, and there was a broken open circuit board for a remote. Walked in and walked out.
The guys here are very no-nonsense, and they weren't too keen on negotiating the price of the vehicle (although I will admit it was already a steal..). I liked them a lot, because of the zero pressure, and they seemed very honest. Would have been very happy to do business with them. The car wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so I didn't go through with the purchase, but I would be happy to in the future.
Responded quickly. I followed up with calls and emails accordingly. Deal conducted here. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent experience.
