Very professional, prompt, courteous
Typical of these small outfits.They do not have the resources to release car faxes.Based on other reviews I saw from them I would never buy anything from them.
I inquired about a specific vehicle and they were prompt with their reply.
Gentlemen answered all questions. All the cars were solid cars kept clean .
From the get go Chris and Shane were incredible. I had to keep canceling appointments dude to work and they were always very accommodating. The car being a performance vehicle needed to be inspected by my 3rd party mechanic and Chris had no problem driving the vehicle from Weymouth to Malden for the inspection. Chris took in my trade as well with no questions asked. After I purchased the vehicle one of the struts failed and Chris had the strut repaired and replaced within a day. Asked dealer for a copy of the carfax which was promptly provided.
Just very disappointed that this dealership sold this car right from under me. I had already taken it to Merceds Benz and paid to get it checked out. We were negotiating what they would address from the print out. I didn't hear from them so I called and found out they had sold it to someone else. I wanted to put a deposit on it, but they said it was non-refundable.
