I've been here for a year and the fire alarm goes off every single month in the middle Of the night. It is freaking annoying specially when you have a baby! Other than that the place is great, staff is friendly. It I am thankful I am moving out this month because if one day the alarm goes off for real all residents would stay in due to thinking it's another false alarm. So dangerous!!!!!!
Love the place but the fire alarms go off at least once a month. Almost always because of a drunken idiot but the whole complex (500 or more residents) gets woken up every time. Overall, the staff is awesome and the apartments are great. Would recommend. From talking to other people outside, the fire alarms going off in the middle of the night has been an on going issue for years. Besides that, the community is great!!
If you feel like paying an arm and a leg to be woken up at all hours of the night by your fire alarms then go right ahead. This is an ongoing issue with complaints going back into early 2015 (check Yelp). Clearly they have yet to actually fix that as I am up at 1:30am having been woken up by the fire alarm. The 4th or 5th time since moving in June '16. For the price the tenants pay, a quiet nights sleep should be expected.....not with the faulty alarm system at 7166 Belmar.
I have lived here for years now and the staff is certainly the reason this place is such a home! Couldn't speak more highly of the amenities, area and shopping close by! I may never move!!
Most favorite place to live. Nothing can beat it in Denver.
I lived here from 7/2015 to 7/2016 and have since moved to Florida. My overall experience there was really good. You cant expect everything to be perfect all the time, life happens and when living on top of and under each other there will always be issues. They staff was always receptive and only quickly responded to any questions or needs. I worked mostly with Kaylen and she is awesome, super nice and knows her stuff! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! TERRIBLE and DECEIVING is how I would describe 7166 Belmar and their management! They did not fully disclose additional charges of $200 a month that would be added on for hardwood floors and granite countertops and instead stole our deposit to hold the apartment when we tried to back out after finding out about these insane prices being added on. We had a strict budget that we needed to adhere to and informed the management of this and these additional charges they were going to tack on would have put us... read more
