RecommendedI love living at 7166 at Belmar Apartments! This was the first apartment I have ever lived in. Maintenance and staff are fantastic! Whenever I need something fixed, maintenance is there within 24 hours to fix it, usually always the same day you make a report. Sometimes I hear the neighbors above me or to the side of me, but not very often. Amenities are great, the pool is open all year round and you get a free parking garage! They scheduled a 1:30pm appointment today with myself to tour their property. My roommates and I arrived at 1pm and waited in the area until 1:30pm and then we called their number since you have to now that the guidelines have changed. We called and called about ten times without an answer. Two of the leading agents walked by and didn’t bother to say they’ll be with us shortly. There was just no communication and it’s BS!
