Con Artists, illegally tow your car then tell you it's stolen. Poor communication. Pool area closed on holiday weekends when you want to use it. Office turnover, most likely they treat tenants and employees the same terrible way.
The area is great and pet friendly with lots of amenities and great shopping the apartments themselves are beautiful and in top shape would recommend to anyone and in the future will be renting again
Lived here for almost 3 years and I love it. Great location and great staff. Megan is the absolute best and has made moving so easy!! Would definitely recommend living here if moving to Belmar!!
So far everything has gone very smoothly with the move. It feels great to have double the space we had before and it's even better to be living in Belmar again. The staff has been very friendly and extremely efficient. My wife and I are going to be very happy here at 7166 at Belmar!
Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here.
Great location in the heart of Belmar. Close to shops and dinning. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Maintenance is great and knowledgeable. Really enjoy the events the staff host for the residents.
