My husband and I just moved out of this complex. Had been living at 712 Tucker for 2 years. Miss V was always so helpful and friendly. Ashley with maintenance was AMAZING. Had several issues with the apartment and he was always there almost immediately to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. We will miss this place for sure!
712 Tucker has been a pleasure to work with over the last year. The office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.I had an unfortunate couple of leaks and had to use the emergency maintenance number. The first time I worked with Ashley and he addressed the issue asap with no future damage. The next time I was introduced to Chris, and he came at 9:30pm to help fix my water leak. After starting a lease the management company changed a few weeks later, in that transition many staff members were replaced. After taking over the new ownership scheduled a time to check all units for leaks and filters. They missed a slow leak under my bathroom sink, I reported it shortly there after. A maintenance person came and said it was fixed. It was not: over the next few months there were three more leaks increasing in water volume, to the point there was a stagnant puddle outside the vanity. They refused to check f... read more

Great location close to restaurants and entertainment but far enough to be quite tranquil. New very nice energetic management staff doing a great job making significant improvements. Of course, also need to mention Miss V who was retained from the previous management and always been wonderful attending problems and issues.
