Travis is an exceptional manager. He made the move-in process very easy and was always available to answer any questions. The building is gorgeous, with beautiful common areas and the apartments are quiet, spacious and comfortable. I am excited to live here.
I’m one of the “old-timers”—moved to 700 Constitution just shy of seven years ago, shortly after it opened—-and have never regretted the move here for even one minute. The apartments are lovely, as are the neighbors, but a special shout-out goes to the staff. Community manager Travis, along with Jorge and concierges Guillermo, Nyah and Omar, and cleaners Yesenia and Kevin are unfailingly helpful and friendly, and share the same ethic of excellence that makes this place so special. 700 is highly-recommended.

Just want to let the world know the outstanding customer service I received! I found this place while I was reviewing apartments. I checked out several places and several were very nice, but the warmth and hospitality giving to me by Travis Hodge was what sealed the deal! I LOVE living at 700 Constitution. Not only is it a happy, beautiful apartment, but the staff is great. Travis, Guillermo, Omar, and Nya are fantastic. Omar always goes above and beyond opening the door for residents. We also have a beautiful rooftop with two brand grills that I am excited to use soon! I love living here, and look forward to continuing to do so.
