700 Constitution NE is a perfect haven on Capitol Hill. The property itself is exquisitely clean and well maintained, not a pest to be seen. Those that live there are respectful, quiet, and friendly. Most important the staff is amazing. From the manager Travis to the people that man the front desk to the folks that keep the common areas pristine, they treat the property like it’s their home, and you as a valued guest. It’s perfect,
This place used to be a hospital, and I work there the end of the 90's as a CNA, patients used to die there every night and we had to take to in the basement to the mortuary. I dont mean to scare yall but that building used to be very creepy.
Travis is an exceptional manager. He made the move-in process very easy and was always available to answer any questions. The building is gorgeous, with beautiful common areas and the apartments are quiet, spacious and comfortable. I am excited to live here.
I’m one of the “old-timers”—moved to 700 Constitution just shy of seven years ago, shortly after it opened—-and have never regretted the move here for even one minute. The apartments are lovely, as are the neighbors, but a special shout-out goes to the staff. Community manager Travis, along with Jorge and concierges Guillermo, Nyah and Omar, and cleaners Yesenia and Kevin are unfailingly helpful and friendly, and share the same ethic of excellence that makes this place so special. 700 is highly-recommended.
