Good location and nice apartments, but terrible leasing and management office. Make sure to get every single piece of communication in email.
I had a great experience living at 70 Christopher Columbus, and I want to give a special shoutout to Terrence and Shaneeka. They were always kind, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the building feel like home. Their professionalism and positive energy truly made a difference in my day-to-day life. I’ve recently moved to 50 Christopher Columbus, but I’ll always appreciate the warm and welcoming environment they helped create at 70!
- good window frames and interesting building - terrible noise from hvac below (opposite building), old kitchen appliances, never know what elevator will come to you as there no indicators, sales office is slow
