Arianna is the best leasing agents that I’ve ever worked with! She is kind, customer focused, and extremely responsive. She helped me secure my apartment within a week, when I was apartment hunting. Because of her customer centric behavior, she got me an amazing apartment at 70 Columbus. The move in process was seamless. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!
Recently moved into this building. Both the leasing and move-in process were very smooth, thanks to the management, leasing, and concierge teams (shout out to Arianna!). The freight elevator is somewhat smaller than other newer buildings in the area, so I’d suggest preparing accordingly during the move.
Ernest had been great a help in fixing issues in apartment. He’s been prompt and courteous.
Good location and nice apartments, but terrible leasing and management office. Make sure to get every single piece of communication in email.
