My first visit and consultation was good and I had a positive feeling. When I went back to have my work done it was like a whole different place. DO NOT let Dr. Miller anywhere near you. I was literally tortured before any work was done. I was not numb from the Novocain and was pretty much told I was lying. Dr. Miller got furious with me because I was jumping and letting a screech out of me because the pain in my mouth was so bad just getting the Novocain needle. Have I mentioned lately how much I love my dentist’s office? I drive 45 minutes from Fitchburg, the land of a million dentists to come here. I’ve had a huge fear of dentists since I was a kid. It took until I was 35ish and came to this office before I actually started showing up for all of the cleanings I scheduled, and even appointments where I knew there’d be Novocain and drilling! I had a root canal done here. I have no complaints with the dental work done. The dentist Dr Miller and his assistant Jessica was great. But the lady at the front desk was not great. My big problem with this place is I was referred by another dental office to have a root canal done. I told the dentist here and the lady behind the desk I really liked this place and I was unhappy with my current dentist. I told her I was not going to go to my current dentist anymore and needed a new dentist and wanted to be a new patient here.... read more
Ie yet to see the dentist I will rate diffrentley afterafterwards as we have an apoimyment today but the front desk lady there is beyond rude has no customer service skills and definetley has an attitude how you would allow that to be the face of your office and the first encounter a pt has makes me a little nervous also they changed my appointment to a completley different day and then told me that it was always on the changed date which I would never do because it was noe scheduled during my work time then they moved the t... read more
The Staff is awesome, so are the Dentist very professional. Very nice quant waiting area. They have done great work on my teeth.
By far the best dental experience I have ever had. My comfort was the number one priority. No longer dreading dental visits!
The support staff are fantastic. Wasn't as pleased with the dentist. I was kept in the chair for almost 2 hours waiting for him to do a 15 minute ($1800) procedure.
This place is the best and the staff are so super friendly!! Thank you so much for easing my anxiety!
