Went to go get a bike knew what I wanted and showed up at opening. Stood in the show room looking for 20 min without a hello or we will be right with you. The worst customer service I've ever had from them. I have bought a bike from them and lots of parts. They have lost a customer.

Mitch Cannon, We always strive to give the best customer service period. We were short two people yesterday morning and it was hectic upon opening. This is still not a good reason for not being greeted right away and we will discuss this in or morning meeting so that this does not happen again. Again I apologize for our failure to provide a great experience.
The staff at 5th Gear Powersports rock! Super knowledgeable with the greatest selection. Dustin and Dean know their stuff in sales. Randy is one of the greatest technicians that I have ever been around. I don't know any of the parts guys/girls right now. The owners Johnny and Courtney are amazing and will bend over backwards for their customers. Everyone knows their stuff because everyone rides!
