my battery died on my elk hunt on the mountain night before opening day. My wife went in and talked to celeste told her my name and that i bought my machine there, she couldn't remember what i had. celeste looked it up got her the part and i was able to get my elk that evening and use my sxs to pull her off the mountain. that is good customer service. thanks celeste

The entire staff! Including the owners. I really enjoy Celeste, the Parts Mgr. She always comes through for me!
They lied to us during initial contact on October 3rd, telling us they would take my son's current bike on trade and even giving a rough value for it. Drove 2.5 hrs to get here today to be told that as of October 1st they were no longer accepting dirtbikes for consignment or trade. Is this simple ineptitude or gross dishonesty? I don't know but we won't be coming back to find out. It's a shame, we used to really love this store.
