No surprise that my visit today was outstanding! My appointment was on time, which is key in today's busy world. From the moment I walked in until I left, the entire staff was kind and courteous, answering all my questions and making me feel that they are sincerely interested in my overall health, not just my dental health. Such "customer service" is rare today and should be recognized. Thank you, (585) Dentist!
Went for a cleaning appointment today, have been coming here for over 30 years. Dr. Drumm has now taken over the practice. The level of service and expertise in this office is outstanding. Joe is my Hygienist and she is excellent, very thorough and explains everything in terms you can understand. This office has always been, and remains, one of the top rate dentistry practices in this area thanks to Dr. Drumm and her staff.
My experience today was super-great! I highly recommend anyone who is afraid of going to the dentist try 585 Dentist. Dr, Drumm is excellent as are her assistants. Jo is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and did a great job cleaning my teeth and also explained the procedures.....which will help me to keep my teeth and gums in a good healthy condition. I had my bottom wisdom tooth removed. I thought that it would be an easy extraction but it was not. Dr. Drumm had to break off the crown and then drill and remove the remainder of the tooth. Sounds brutal, but it really wasn't that bad. There wasn't much pain, but there was a lot of prying and drilling and pulling. I had enough pain medicine to get through the ordeal. Thank you Jill for the great care you gave Leah today for her cleaning appt! Not often 9yr olds enjoy their dentist appts!! The care around her expander, spacers and braces were wonderful and she was well taken care of. She left happy and bright clean teeth to go with her Red, White and Blue theme on Flag Day.
Always a good experience. Very thorough and thoughtful personnel, who take their time answering questions with sincere interest in the patient. Never feel hurried through the visit.
I live in Webster now and was seriously thinking of finding a dentist closer to home…but….I just love the care I get from Jill…she is awesome !! Was disappointed when Sherry didn't return after her surgery. All and all, a great visit today!!
I can't say enough about the courtesy and expediency with which this office responded to my needs and requests...super talented professionalism. The apple doesn't fall from the tree....meaning Dr.Emilie Drumm has taken every advantage to learn from her dad, Dr. Richard Herbison. Both outstanding in this field.The whole office is people oriented. I LOVE MY DENTISTS....also love those chapsticks, Iced pear is the best.
Friendly staff, professional treatment, thorough discussions explanations. TV on the ceiling to distract and entertain. Latest equipment and immediate digital dental x-rays. Very impressed. This will be my dentist long term. Very satisfied.
