This visit, as always, was a great experience. I was able to ask questions about the new power tooth brushes, and learned a lot. Everyone in the office is always very friendly, and helpful.
Excellent - wouldn't go anywhere else.
I want to say that my dental visit was pleasant. Is that unusual or what. But indeed there as no pain or discomfort. A very enjoyable experience.
My check up went went. They follow up on everything they did including the wire that saved my front lower tooth. Their methods and the care they give are excellent.
I was dire straight. I was eating popcorn over the weekend and thought that I removed the kernels stuck in my teeth. Unfortunately I did not get all the kernels and my gums swelled up and were giving me pain from my jaw to my ears. I called Dr. Drumm and they immediately got me into the office. They took xrays, cleaned around my teeth, and helped me within 10 minutes. I was extremely grateful for their professionalism and immediate attention. I did take their advice too to purchase the water flosser. Thanks again.
Great job, wonderful skill, great care. Good to hear the intro. for each step. No pain, would expect some, but none. The only sensation of pain was the spray water at the end, was a "tender" sensation, not painful. Dr. has a sense of humor, not common with someone typical of her skill level. Apt. was done on time, not as important as done right. Spent great time being sure bite was great, and even said, "if it is off, .01 of one mm, I want you to come right in, and get it adjusted." Jill is an efficient, competent and personable hygienist. I would highly recommend her.
My hygienist did a thorough exam - saw some staining and used some kind of high power instrument to help remove that. She also noted that one of my teeth was "falling apart!!" Agh! She let the dentist know who proceeded to fill it immediately after my cleaning. In and out. Thorough and efficient. Thanks Dr. Drum!!
Was a little nervous today about being assigned a new hygienist, but ended up really liking her. Jill was very sweet and did a great job walking me through the exam and cleaning. She also did a great job educating me on things that I can do to improve my dental health and also things to avoid in my diet with issues I'm currently having with my teeth. She was very professional, but sweet, friendly and down to earth. Dr. Drumm very kind and professional as well.
