I experienced a dental issue related to orthodontia retaining wires and was scheduled to see Dr. Drumm the very next day. The staff and Dr. Drumm are professional, responsive, caring and thorough each time I have had routine dental work or unexpected episodes such as this.
My entire life starting as a young child I have had anxiety going to the dentist. This has stayed with me as I reach my mid-50's as it seems I could not find a match with a practice that understood. Then I met Dr. Drumm. Kind and concerned she gave me her card and while it took awhile I finally made an appointment. Glad I did! The first person I met was Jill who calmed me down, walked me through every step and asked how I was doing before everything that she did. Almost no wait after arriving, professional & friendly service, encouragement & advice on home dental care. TV on the ceiling to make the teeth cleaning time enjoyable. Who would have thought you would use the term "enjoyable" to describe a dental visit, but that is the way it is with Dr. Emilie and her team. Well done!
Dr Drumms practice makes going to the dentist a stress free experience. From the reception area staff to the Dental Hygienists to Dr Drumm herself, everyone is friendly and caring. For anyone in the area looking for a new Dentist I would highly recommend Emilie Drumms office.
