Horrible business practices. Scammers and frauds. Charge fees that are legally unenforceable and charged me almost $300 in addition to my deposit for essentially all either ***** wear and tear or completely made up offenses. We've had 4 different office managers in the past 20 years we've lived here. All of them missing a brain. We keep getting "low quality" people moving in. They trash their places and get away with murder. They get a "verbal warning" or hallway notes which they laugh off, they may be quiet for a couple days then it goes right back to the same old same old. Drug dealers live here. Kids run around ALL hours of the night/late night/early A.M. It's 100% trashier then when we moved in years ago.
Horrible Company! There was a credit on my account, so I called the rental office and was told yes there was. Ok, so I wait to get my bill which I pay an additional 3.60 for then paid what was on my online acct and the bill. Come to find out there was no credit. I was then given a notice just now about 3 weeks later that I owed for Junes rent plus 150.00 late fee! What? Not my fault I was given misinformation and billed incorrectly! A.R. Nice place to live but they will try to RIP you off in any way possible. First I was told my rent was going to be one price, then when I went to sign my lease it was a more expensive price. They claim to pay you 250$ if you reccomend someone to rent here then dont pay. They tried to charge me a late fee when my rent wasnt late. After living here for a year & a half they are raising rent 150$ a month.
