The property manager, Jaclyn, has been amazing to work with! Both her and Star keep the neighborhood looking great yearround and always answer questions & concerns promptly! 10/10 would recommend this community to anyone looking for a great all around living experience with even better management!
Amazing Community. Beware that this HOA has a rental restriction of 20% and all the permits are usually in a really long wait list. Lennar doesn't mention this during the purchase

I had a great experience at 5401 North. Eric and Rebecca were excellent and made sure all of my needs were met. It was the perfect location with excellent amenities. Thank you for making my stay top notch!
