Friendly staff, nice and secure place to live, I have a small puppy and she loves to walk around the property, the maintenance team fix the issues very fast.
Talk about a good bang for your buck, 5401 Chimney Rock is still very affordable and a well managed place to live. Sure the property has its kinks, it is an older building but i give it credit for being so well kept. Parking is challenging but management is always looking for solutions, it is not ignored. The management and maintenance are top notch, they will go the extra mile when things break down. Looks like I will be calling 5401 Chimney Rock my home for a while.
