RecommendedI love this complex but the water problem is a problem for my kids infinity on holiday they want to shower, wash and enter the toilet this is a big problem by me
DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU PLAN ON HAVING GUESTS OVER!!! This complex WILL TOW visitors not parked in a visitors spot, but they only have about 20-30 visitors spots that are ALWAYS full (usually taken up by residents with a parking sticker) and the complex does nothing about it. My boyfriend has lived here for over 6 months, and visiting him 2-3 times a week I have only gotten a visitors spot one time. This place is ass backwards when it comes to the parking situation. I recently moved here almost 5 months ago. First, we're MANDATED to park our cars head first or it's subject to get towed. Why, I have no idea. Then when I first got here I mistakenly parked in a reserved parking spot and my car got towed. You think they'd take a quick second to give a warning or call first, but guess not. And to top it off!!! While being a resident we're required to have parking decals so that we won't get towed. I love this place and it is good but I wish there is a garden for the kids and I want a little attention to the water faucet on the street not to close and I'm sorry for the water I want a quick fix please
