This building has serious maintenance, cleanliness, and management issues that are unacceptable given the rent prices charged. The elevators are frequently out of service, forcing residents to climb stairs regardless of age or physical ability. There is no air conditioning in the hallways, making the building hot and uncomfortable. Really loving the amenities & the warmth too... When I first moved up in here I thought #Wow! This reminds me so much of the #RhodeIslandYMCA! It has EVERYTHING! Swimming pool, gym room, except basketball! We got pool & bbq tho! #HappyHolidays!
Best community to live in. Katrina is an absolute angel who always welcomes you with a smile, wanting to help in any way. Amenities are great which do include a guest suite, pool, gym, zen garden, etc. You don’t hear your neighbors through the walls either.
Calvin from the concierge is incredibly helpful! He came to the rescue during a stressful situation and made sure to follow up afterwards
