It is a community of people who all have a common goal. Yes every regular gym on the corner all have members with common goals. But no one talks to each other. You put your head phones on and listen to your beats while working out, not this gym. All the coaches and the owner are engaged with the hard working members. The coaches do a good job of keeping the workouts fresh, challenging and full of enthusiasm. If you commit yourself to this movement; the movement will move you with the help of the community and 5280 sports & fitness performance.
