Amazing apartments with an even better staff! Everyone is very welcoming and supportive and creates a great environment to be in. I just moved in here and couldn’t be more happy with the decision I made
This place was great before the new company took over in July of 2025. We have no community events, no way to pay, it’s dirty. Good luck trying to get any maintenance requests fixed. The communication is terrible. One of the reasons I signed to be here was a pool party. Not only have we not had that but no community events at all. I wouldn’t move here
Probably the best apartment building I've been to. It feels like a 5 star hotel. Very clean and modern. They have a cleaning staff that helps with upkeep. They do an excellent job. The building smells really great too.
Living at 511 Faye in Raleigh has been an incredible experience, and I want to especially shout out the new staff for their attentiveness and professionalism. They’ve truly raised the bar and are always available to help—just head downstairs and you’ll be taken care of with whatever you need.
