Lived here for a while. Decent place marketed as luxury. When Greystar was in charge it was solid. Now became a subpar apt complex to live in. Pros: -location, walk out and you’re right at the center of all downtown events. This might be premature but thank goodness for Bozzuto (new management) coming in to save the day at 511 Faye. I’ve been a resident for over 3 years now and after management changed from Greystar to another company the level of customer service and overall management of this building hasn’t been the same.
Do not move here. 511 was acquired by the original building owner, Dominion Realty Partners, in July last year. Greystar previously managed the residential units. Since the re-acquisition this building has slowly fallen more and more behind. Elevators have been broken for months, we've now been through two full sets of leasing office staff that have quit, maintenance is outright refusing to assist residents, and there's a complete lack of any transparency about anything happening in this building. 1/15/2026 update Dominion Realty Partners has officially given up managing the residential portion of their building. They've hired Bozzuto, a big corporation similar to Greystar to handle residential unit management. DRP previously hired Greystar, but suddenly broke ties with Greystar in July of last year and tried to manage residences on their own, and gave up after putting their residents through 6 months of hell of an utter disastrous attempt at trying to manage their own residential building. Nice apartments. Clean. Quiet. However a new management took over about 6 months ago. It's been problematic. Maintenance is very slow to respond. The former property management team was on point, not this one. Last night I put an emergency ticket in for a plumbing issue. No response. Called the emergency line. No response. Elevator to the parking deck reeks of piss. Storing crated new appliances in the lobby. Owners clearly cutting services at the expense of tenants.
