Overages are ridiculous regardless of how nice the apartment is. Don't be fooled by the rent includes all fees because you will have overages every month even when over break when anyone is barely in the unit. This leasing company does not even show you the usage of your overages, which is very fishy. Beware
Lived here last year! Apartments are awesome with a great modern feel. So close to campus and Next Chapter takes great care of its tenants!
