RecommendedLove the open floor concept and the balconies are amazing. The natural light is fabulous.
507 is a very nice and modern place to stay! The unit is very spacious and has a good amount of storage space. The porch is also great to get some fresh air. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer which is very convenient and a gym for those who like to work out. It is right next to Scott Park which is nice for walks and when friends come to visit. The only thing is that 507 is about a 15 minute walk from the Quad but there are buses that will take you to the Union.
For the location and size, we got a great deal for our apartment! I leased a 3x2 with my other roommates and we are happy with the size of our apartment. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the quad so I always walk to my classes but there are busses near by that will take you straight to the union. We have a great view of Scott park which is really relaxing when my roommates and I go out on our balcony to eat lunch. you should live literally anywhere else on campus if you want to spend your money on something worth it.
The balconies are huge at this community, beautiful view of the park & the staff is great to work with.
