I met Armando, the owner on a referral. He came over right away and looked over our patio that was in desperate need of being replaced. I filled him in on the water issues we have experienced during winter month's of heavy rains, and recommended a French drain. He had pricing to me quickly. It was a price I couldn’t pass up. Hernias his guys were are friendly professional and had all of the old concrete out in a day and a half. I'm highly recommending Armando, who owns "503 Maintenance." We had several bids to do a small portion of our sidewalk, which was being pushed up by the huge tree in the front. Everyone else we got a bid from was no less than $3500, Armando did it for for a lot less. He started Monday morning and was done by Tuesday morning to finish it up. It looks amazing, and he cut our grass, too ❤️
