I've loved everything about living here!! Perfect location to go anywhere in Columbia and so nice to have the shopping centers near by! The apartments are very spacious and luxurious. Perfect for a young professional. Plus the staff is delightful and so nice and helpful! Can't say enough!!
I've lived at 5000 Forest for over a year now and I love it! I've lived in a one bedroom and it's very spacious and the perfect size for a young single person. I'm getting ready to move into a 2-bedroom which my fiance and I will live in when we get married. The staff is great, extremely responsive and quick to help. This is my second year living at 5000 Forest and I love it! I sold my big home & downsized to a 1 BR. It's open, modern design is perfect for me. The outside environment is very relaxing & the clubhouse is awesome. The courtyard makes you feel like you are at a resort. The office & maintenance staff are incredible. Location is everything! Love walking less than 10 minuets for shopping & dining on Forest Drive. And, the best thing living here is that I've made some new fabulous friends!! 5000 Forest is a great place to live in ! The property is in a great location . The apartment is clean , new , and modern . The only missing thing here is a swimming pool otherwise everything is great!
My first year here was great, but I re-signed my lease before an unfortunate turnover in management. If I hadn't already, I would no longer be re-signing a lease here. With all the new apartments being built in Columbia my advice would be to explore other options.
