5000 Forest is hands down the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The office staff is friendly and always quick to respond - same goes for any and all maintenance calls. I have yet to have a complaint! Just renewed my lease for another year!
5000 Forest is a really clean, quiet, and relaxed place to live in Columbia. The facility provides a bubble-like atmosphere that I have enjoyed when getting away from the bustle of the city and relaxing in a spacious, clean, and quiet space.
Safe community, modern apartments, and great location! Friendly staff and can’t forget about the free Starbucks coffee and hot cocoa! Happy to be a part of the 5000 Forest family!
Very friendly atmosphere and the apartments have great floor plans and modern amenities such as stainless steel appliances and granite countertops!
I've lived here for two years now and love it! Apartments are super nice with modern fixtures and amenities and plenty of space. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful and courteous. Community is nice, quiet, and peaceful. The location is prime, having immediate access to anything you could need on a daily basis and just a quick trip to downtown. My only draw was that I lived next to an "aspiring musician" if you could call him that and the walls weren't the thickest but I think that was just my situation so not taking any ... read more
