First, everyone who works in the building is very nice - concierge, maintenance, cleaning, etc. Management, on the other hand, is awful. My personal favorite thing they've done for (at least) the last 2 years is include members of the management team (leasing office, etc) on the Christmas tip list, but not the cleaning staff we see every day. Update: I am writing to urgently request a professional pest control of 50 Columbus exterior to eliminate the lantern flies. I came home this evening at 6:20 PM, and the exterior of the building where you enter from either door was completely infested with the lantern flies. Not only were there multiples of them on the ground, but there were also multiples of them crawling on the walls. We pay way too much money and rent to have to come home after a long day at work to fly infested exterior in our building. Please address th... read more

Very sad that the building announced, with no notice and recently after we and many others signed our leases again, that they are banning dogs from the amenity deck, removing the dog park and building a newer, smaller one, attached to the parking garage near 90 Columbus (which defeats the purpose of why we chose 50 Columbus). We loved living here but will not be signing our lease again and feel betrayed.
