The guys at 5 star are great, I started going there for my tire and mechanic needs because I went to Tire Engineers next door once and told them i had slid into a curb and popped a tire. They fixed the tire but told me I had a bent control arm and it would cost $700. I went to 5 star tires and they told me it was a bent tie rod and would only be a $90 fix. Ever since then I go straight to 5 star and they've always been straight up and honest with me.
Very disappointed in 5 Star. From quoting me a much cheaper price than I was charged, to them not mounting 1 of my tires all the way and it almost falling off, telling me I needed an additional $150 of labor and parts for an alignment that come to find out I didn't need, mounting 3/4 tires incorrectly.. it was the worst service I've ever had and I most definitely will never go back. Great tires, great prices, and great service with integrity!
I went for a front end alignment. I was previously told I needed tie rod ends.After checking the front end, they told me I didn't need the parts. Asking why the previous shop told me I needed tie rod ends, they said it was to rip me off.Considering the money they saved me I asked them to check my tires and brakes. They recommended having my rotors turned and a set of tires.I get a great deal on both.I'll be bringing them my business from now on.Peace, Oliver.

Brought back Uhaul truck with 15-20 dollars more gas than when I rented it.... Dude told me that the furniture pads weren't folded and that I had to fold them or get charged a "folding fee." Keep in mind that they weren't folded when I rented it. The man that I am, I folded them but was not happy. Customer service is diplorable. I will NEVER use you for tires, rentals or anything that your sorry business offers. Letting all of my friends in Trussvile know too about your audacious behavior. Bad bad business....
I have got tires here several times and everybody is very nice but these last two tires I purchased were very crappy they patched one and I have to put air in it every other day and the other leaks down at least once a week and I bought them in April
Great experience today! Don't remember the young man's name who helped us but very polite and will definitely go back! Thanks for getting my honda back on the road! I was the girl with the tattoos.
