Dave is our family realtor as he has helped my husband and I and my mother and brother-in-law sell and purchase a total of 8 homes. He has always been on top of it. He goes above and beyond to fight for you and has your best interest at heart. I believe I might have actually been a little over the top this last purchase at times but he remained patient with me willing to do whatever was needed to help us find the right house for our family.

All went as smoothly as things can go from 500 miles away. If there were problems I was notified promptly & we remedied it. Specialists/contractors were recommended & hired for me. While selling is a stressful process, I know that it was lessened considerably!
