We used 5 Star in both the selling and purchasing of our new home. Andrew Casoria represented us in the selling of our home. The listing and photos were excellent. There were 2 open houses, fairly good showings and follow up with prospective buyers. When offer did come in Andrew helped a lot with negotiations and keeping us informed about inspections etc. Anita Pace represented us as buyers. My experience with 5 Star Real Estate & Andrew Casoria has been a great one. I knew from the beginning that Andrew's knowledge of being a real estate broker & his honesty was reason enough to use him. i purchased a home in March 2019, having recently relocated to NC I was nervous about the different neighborhoods although I knew i loved and wanted to be in Henderson County. Anita was extremely patient and helpful with the whole process. She is extremely knowledgeable about Hendersonville and the surrounding towns and was involved with the entire process being sure everything was done on time and correctly. Would definitely recommend her and work with her again.

Anita represented me as a buyers agent. I am in my 60s and have purchased and sold 5-6 homes. Anita is the best agent I have ever used. She provided spot on advice for the offer. We recently moved into the Asheville area and looked for over a year for the place that had all of our wants taken care of. Anita helped us look at so many houses I felt like we were wasting Anita's time.
