Umit was wonderful from the very beginning. I have TERRIBLE credit but I tried to get prequalified online which i did then he gave me a call. He was very honest and upfront but told me to come in and he could get me in the car I wanted.
We did a pre approval application online and by the next morning we had made contact with umit . He stayed in contact with us the entire time when he said he would and made sure we had what we needed. The only downfall was we has a little issue after 9 days of buying the car but they were hapoy to fix it and even offer to swich the car.thank you very much i can' t be happier.
I found 5 star auto clean and efficient. The salesman was fast and courteous. The sales manager was polite and helpful. It was a nice place to shop.
