Vehicle fraud, non-title delivery, unprofessional, non-certified mechanics, safety concerns for consumer, and untrustworthy. Illegal practices. Useless warranties.
If there is anything after 5 star, will not hesitate to give it to 5 Star imports. After a bad experience with a previous car dealer, my colleague recommended 5 Star imports to me. We traveled nearly 2 hours to check them and i can say there are no lies in everything she said about them. The staff are friendly, their professionalism is something to admire, and the pricing is great. And I just got a new sleek, clean, fine car that i love.
The financing aspect is one thing I love about 5 Star imports. Clear, easy, perfect for pocket and the opportunity to bang a good car without breaking the bank. After I got my car from them, my brother couldn’t but ask for help to help him do the same. Thanks, team for going far and beyond to help me out.
If I could rate this place I would rate a 0. This place should be called “0 star imports” my fiancé purchased a 06 Subaru Outback about two weeks ago . 2 days after purchases the front control arms went out paying out of pocket we had them fixed 2 days after our steering knuckles exploded while driving if we were going any faster the vehicle would have rolled severely hurting or even killing us! , now the rear suspension is going out, our head gaskets need replaced and we have oil leaking everywhere, all something a dealersh... read more
