I was happy with the service at 5 Star Imports because I got a car I love. I was made feel very comfortable during the test drive as I am a nervous driver with strangers in the car. Time was taken to answer questions and time given to make the decision. I don't like to feel pushed to purchase anything.

The customer experience was excellent throughout the process of buying my used car, from initial enquiry, two feet drives, negotiation of the deal, explanation of additional services available (finance, gap insurance, service plan, etc) and delivery.
From I spoke to the salesman I felt comfortable with him he explained the history of the vehicle an finance he was very professional I would have n o hesitation in recommending the company to friends an family
