Austin Lebamoff was our amazing pilot on Sept 27th for Our Uncle Toms bday. My husband Ben and I had never flown in a helicopter before and neither of us had a single worry under Austin’s command. He gave us fun facts and pro tips to make the 2 hour layover the best it could be! Take the trip of a lifetime!

5 Star Helicopter Tour was 1 of our highlights while in Vegas! Our Pilot was Austin, very patient and informative. My son is 30, with special needs and Austin made him feel as if he was his best buddy. I’m in customer service and admired the attention Austin gave to each person on his flight. The views were amazing and such a smooth ride. Highly recommend!
Great time in the air...Gehrig was our pilot. He was very knowledgeable and personable. All staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend 5 Star to anyone who wants a fun Grand Canyon flight.
all we can say is Wow what an amazing experience, did the sun set and landed in the valley of fire and had champagne our pilot Brandon was brilliant gave us all the information we needed and home in a Limo, more than we could ever have wanted would definitely recommend the trip 100%
Took the tour where we landed at the Valley of Fire and I can't put into words how beautiful everything was. From Lake Mead, to the Grand Canyon, and the Valley of Fire I took some of the most beautiful pictures I've ever taken. Austin was our Pilot and he is the best. At no point did I ever feel unsafe with him at the controls or doubt his skill. I highly recommend 5 Star Helicopter Tours to anyone if you're in Las Vegas and looking for something fun to do that doesn't involve a casino.
I purchased a tour through an airline and was told that transportation was included and then when I called and found out it wasn’t I was a little upset however I knew it was the airlines fault that being said when I asked to speak to the manager Lyla she proceeded to argue with me and was being very rude and unprofessional I’ve never been treated like that by a “ professional “ Company she told me I was wrong and that I was being obnoxious we tried to arrange An Uber which at the time on my app said it would be about $50 eac... read more
