Absolutely one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had! From the time I booked the tour to the time I departed from the complimentary shuttle and back to my hotel, the representatives of the company and pilot were nothing less than gracious. I will visit Las Vegas again just to fly with 5 Star Helicopters again! Thanks!!!
We were picked up at 7:15am and promised lunch. At 3:30pm we landed from the helicopter, which the pilot was super rude, and had to ask about our lunch. The workers behind the counter rolled their eyes at us when we asked about eating. For $450, it was a waste of $$. The workers were super rude and acted like we were at fault.
This was a fantastic trip. if you go ask for Jimmy Long for your pilot. He was so knowledgeable and fun. I highly recommend him.

Just got off our much anticipated helo tour of Las Vegas...only to find that when you are seated in the 2 seats behind the pilot (#5 & 6 passengers) - you actually DON’T get to see the city lights!!! 😡 as the entire show is only to the left of the helicopter THERE AND BACK!!! Boooooo!! You pay to be the weight compensator for the other passengers!!
Chris our pilot was amazing!!! The tour was breathtaking!!! All of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with!!! Highly highly recommend!!!!
My husband & I did the Grand Canyon helicopter tour followed by rafting, which we loved. The helicopter tour was amazing: it was very surreal...we flew through the Grand Canyon!! Loved our pilot, Naomi= definitely request her. I researched several companies before selecting 5 Star & I was extremely happy with our whole package & would recommend them.
We had Jimmy as our pilot. He was knowledgeable, professional and a comedian as well. Loved every moment of our tour.
