From pick up, to the helicopter ride, and back to Vegas we felt really looked after. Vince our pilot was amazing, very knowledgeable of the canyon and surrounding areas throughout the flight. Highly recommend. 5 star helicopter tours....We give you 5 stars!
Our pilot, Brandon, was very good. he new the story of Lake Mead and the Grand Canyon.
We were a group of three adults and one 4 1/2 year old boy, our grandson. We had booked the 2045 hrs night flight over Las Vegas. Our specially requested seats were denied resulting in a wasted flight for the kid who could not watch anything from the helicopter. We had booked the flight primarily for our grandson and he just could not see anything at all. Seat request was denied under the excuse of weight allocation. Great service from beginning to end. They promissed beautiful views of the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, and we got that, and more. Our pilot Brandon was super fun, he made our tour very pleasant and he explained everything. It is a very worth tour to take with family and friends.
Brandon was our tour guide and he was great! In fact, the entire team was great to work with, including our van driver and the folks behind the counter. The day went off without a hitch and we had a bright, beautiful day to tour the canyon. Our entire experience was excellent!
The experience was amazing. The driver that picked us up was very sociable and made the ride fun. The two pilots were so much fun and when I do this again I hope to get one of them.
