My husband and I had a terrible experience with 5 Star Helicopter Tours. The hour-long wait was frustrating, and once ready to board, we were not allowed to take pictures outside the helicopter. Inside, the seats were uncomfortable, tightly packed like sardines which barely allowed any movement. To top it off, we were seated in spots (seats 5 & 6) with no view of the Las Vegas strip for the entire ride (both directions), which lasted less than 5-6 minutes. In the interests of safety, we do not allow passengers to carry a mobile device while loading and unloading from the helicopter. This is to avoid you inadvertently walking into a rotating helicopter tail rotor. We do allow passengers to use their mobile devices once securely seated in the helicopter. Recommendedthe views are breathtaking and the helicopter is comfortable. The headsets they give you make it so you can hear everything the pilot is saying and the ride isn't too loud. our pilot was Jim and he was a great tour guide and pilot. very informative and fun!
The wife and I flew on the 5 Star Helicopter tour over the Vegas Strip and it was amazing!! The staff was first class, the pilot was awesome and well what can you say about those views!!! I highly recommend them and we will be back soon for the tour to the a Grand Canyon!!!
Very smooth flight. Our pilot was very knowledgeable. Enjoyed the experience very much!! Expensive but understand why!! An experience you will never forget!!
Our wedding got cancelled last min due to presidential arrival but Laila was amazing in helping us. We know it wasn’t her fault and she went above and beyond what she needed to do to help us. I cannot say enough about how great the communication was with this company. Hands down I recommend them.
