I made an appointment 3 months prior. I went for appointment arrived 15 minutes prior, only to get to the locked door with a sign stating that they were closed the entire week. It would have been nice if they would have notified me. They could have called me to reschedule, they don't care about you or your time. At my previous appointment i was seen 2 hours after i checked in. The doctor is great at his job, but there customer service is stanky.
