I had been a LOYAL customer for 2 years. I made an appointment to fix my nails after they chipped after 3 days... to have polish change & pedicure. Came in & they had double booked the appt. Tu said she would call me back to follow up & never did. When I was there they wanted to put a top coat on the bad polish I came in to replace. I loved it there but felt in the end... I got treated just like everywhere else.
RecommendedJust had my first experience here... got the mid level pedicure. This place is amazing! The personal attention and dedication to you as the customer is top notch! The place is impeccably clean, everyone is wonderful! I will be going back again and again!

Last two times I made an appointment I was taken twenty minutes late, yesterday I just walked out. I will not return. If I make an appointment two weeks in advance I should be taken on time.
RecommendedI just love the experience, and 5Elements!! Everyone from when you walk in is very nice. If you want a nice mani and pedi this is the place. The place is very clean, does not smell like a drive through nail salon, where you get the strong smell of product. Good lighting.... they listen to what the customer wants. Technicians are all very nice, very welcoming. The best part is you don’t feel rushed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

RecommendedI love this spa and the techs that work there! I brought two friends today and they are now going to be regulars as well! I honestly could not say enough good things, between the tools coming right out of the package, to how gentle and personable the techs are, the amount of colors they have between gel and powder dip... best salon I’ve ever been to!
My 1st time there today & I’m definitely going back! Tu was amazing! Looking forward to getting my lashes lifted next week �
