RecommendedThe location and both the front office and maintenance staff are wonderful - we love living here.
Excellent location, short walking distance to parks, restaurants and shops. Very safe area as well, The management team is friendly and attentive to details as they resolve your issues right there and then. Rooftop has beautiful city views both at night and early in the morning. Hallways always clean and carpeted. Trash always gets picked up and no smell left behind. Easy to find parking at night or day in the private parking garage.
This place has been my home for over a year and I absolutely love it. The previous management were a bit grumpy and the new management especially Nicole are just amazingly helpful. Rare to find someone who doesn't sim[ply say "no" the whole time. They always work to get things fixed if broken, or help to accommodate you. I live right by the pool and there is rarely any noise, the location is perfect and the parking isn't an extra charge. I love this place and can not recommend it enough.
I would not recommend this Community. The only clean place is the Leasing Office. Elevators are rarely functioning, out for days at a time. Stairwells are dirty. Garage doors broken five times in four months. Leaving entire community open. Look elsewhere!
