Worst management ever.
I like my apartment. Some neighbors are cool. Others are rude and dysfunctional and expect to live rent free. Rent is good. Gym needs new equipment. Cameras should be in trash rooms. New management is better than last management. Close to the stores and baseball stadium. Could use more improvements but things are happening to make the building better.
I’ve been here for 5 years and I have seen many things and many people come and go but I do enjoy living here. My floor is quiet and I know if I any assistance I can call management and they will call me back and ensure my needs are met. Despite what I have read my experience with management has been very different. I actually talk to the manager and the staff and they are nice and friendly.
