I bought my soft top from 4 Wheel Parts, Zee told me about the warranty through them to cover parts and labor for anything to do with my top. All I can say is thank heavens for it. I had it use it 2x, the second time required me getting a whole new top! Sebastian helped me out Saturday 3/9 with my latest issue and I had a brand new top installed Tues 3/12!! Best Top is awesome with their warranty but without my 4WP warranty I would have had to spend $2k+ getting a new top and install. Great customer service!!
Service sucks. Five people standing around discussing the finer points of breakfast tacos, I need parts for my current build. If you cannot discuss inventory in detail, and if you aren’t an expert in aftermarket parts...I’m sure taco deli is hiring.
Great services and parts from 4WP. I bought an MX4 from them. These guys hook up this service member. Especially, Seabass (Sebastian Santana), he was friendly and helpful. Exceptional customer service from him and his team. I’m only here for a day and they were able to accommodate me and install my MX4 same day! Again, military friendly. I would recommend.
“Exceeds Expectations!” I went in expecting to purchase a superchip flashcal. I didn't even want to consider a superchip flashpaq f5 thinking it was out of my price range. Sebastian Santana took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a superchip flashpaq that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and how to setup properly as far as connecting , etc. I highly recommend sebastian Santana.
I highly recomend 4 Wheel Parts in Austin for all your Jeep needs, not only do they have a great selection of products to choose from with very competative price's but the customer service can not be beat. They have definately gone out of there way to get me the help I needed and no problem is to small. They arent happy until your happy. My hat is off to you guys.
