Your parts dept is a hot mess! Family member had wrong parts ordered 2xs, told the wrong day to come in and charged card full amount before work was done! One day has now turned into 5 days with no vehicle! would not recommend this location and hope corporate office is reading this.
RecommendedGreat experience! Had some minor issues with a leveling kit and the Glendale location took care of the problem. Took out the old lift and installed a new, upgraded kit for a great price! Easy to work with and I got not only exactly what I wanted but got exactly what they said they would deliver. Thanks 4 Wheel Parts!!!

I purchased a lift kit online from 4 Wheel Parts after researching for a couple of months. I purchased a 3.5 inch Rubicon Express “Sport” lift kit for my 2016 Rubicon Hard Rock JKU. I chose to pick it up at the store because I was hoping to have them install it as well. I purchased it on a Tuesday and on Wednesday Marco called me and asked if I would like to have it installed as well. Went in on Tuesday 3/07/18- bought and paid for shocks that Cory said would be here Wednesday 3/08/18. Made several calls on Wednesday, Thursday and two more on Friday. Spoke to 4 different people and was told someone would chk on it and call be back. Today is Saturday 3/10/18 and not a call back yet, so drove in and got my money back. Nobody seemed to care that they didn’t call back or that they lost not only a sale, but a customer as well. I will tell everyone I kno not to go to this location.
